Mr Bararugurika has a broad experience in the field of civil engineering which spans over a period of over Twenty-One (21) years. His experience includes planning, design and project management, contract administration of schools building, all water-related infrastructure, and roads infrastructure projects. He also has extensive experience in implementation of EPWP projects.
